Returns and Exchanges
Here at Studio Sixty Seven we do our best to get it right for you from the beginning.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will offer you your preference of a refund or exchange (subject to availability)
Once we have confirmed your return, we will respond by email with the delivery address for the return.
Please include proof of purchase.
The item must be sent back to Studio Sixty Seven within 14 days from date of purchase.
Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer, but for faulty items Studio Sixty Seven will pay the return cost of shipping.
We recommend you use a track and trace service as we do not hold responsibility for the item until it is returned to us.
Studio Sixty Seven reserves the right to provide a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
Refund and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
